We pride ourselves on designing and making great products, but if for any reason you don’t agree with us, we’d like to hear from you. And sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, a garment might come out of the factory a little less than perfect. If this does happen to you, please contact us here at Lunch and we’ll happily exchange your product or refund the full purchase price – we want you to be as happy with your Lunch garment as we are!

Yes you can. But only if it hasn’t already been sent.

Just check the status of your order at Track Your Order first (located at the bottom of any page). If it hasn’t been sent yet, email us at admin@lunchmenswear.com.au. Make sure you mention your order number so we can sort it out in time.

As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and complete with packaging) simply send them back to us by post within 90 days of receipt of delivery to:

Please remember to include with your return, the details of your original order indicating your full name and order number and the details of the product you would like in exchange and as soon as we receive the items back we will get the exchange organised and sent out to you straight away.

NOTES:
* SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
* If you select a SALE item as replacement, keep in mind that by the time we process your exchange request, the item may be sold out. We invite you to indicate a couple of articles as replacement or select an item that is not on SALE (be sure to include order of preference for the selection).

For your first exchange of products on an order, we will ship your replacement free of charge .

The only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, Lunch Menswear reserves the right to charge additional postage for the shipment back to you. This is typically around $AUD 8.00 depending on the number of items being sent.

No. For health reasons we are only allowed to accept garments that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. But where an item is returned without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we may choose to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Typical shipping time for a return to Lunch Menswear is around 10 days, but it depends on the origin . As soon as your exchange has been processed by us, we will send you an email letting you know that your replacement order on its way.
